To undertake publications relating to AYUSH , Health and Medicine . To compile, educational material, including publication of literature, periodicals, Directories , bulletins and books on AYUSH System.
To formulate policies and make suggestions and recommendations in the matter of AYUSH Education and Training, in particular encouraging Continuing Medical Education activities. To engage, assist or undertake various social service activities such as public health, social welfare activities and family welfare.
To encourage group studies, co-operative activities, Research projects on Ayush in both the methodology of educational techniques and field research into diseases etc.
To establish dialogue between different theories concerning useful knowledge including the diverse prevalent systems of Ayush sciences, methodologies and philosophies; and to strive for bringing about adjustment, integration and synthesis and to organize / sponsor educational programmes, seminars, symposia, exhibitions , workshops and conferences as well as to promote academic / research work of all kinds in order to advance and develop the Ayush.
To advance the scientific study and professional practice of Ayush and to enhance the contribution of Ayush by encouraging its development by promoting research and setting high standards of professional ethics, competence, conduct, education, qualification and achievement amongst practitioners promoting the dissemination of knowledge and thought about Ayush through CME programs, Refresher Courses, Meetings, Lectures, Seminars, Workshops, Reports, Papers, Discussions, Debates, Exhibitions, Camps, Publications, Professional contacts etc. with wide interest and inquiry into Ayush and all related areas of knowledge and practice.
